- Please notify us immediately if you require a cancellation. We are only able to offer cancellations with a full refund if you cancel prior to the first proofs being sent to you. If you cancel your order after the first proof has been sent to you, a refund will be issued to you but a fee of $100 + applicable taxes will be withheld. (i.e. if your order was $500 + tax, $400 + tax will be refunded).
- Once you have given an approval to print, we are unable to cancel your order as they are immediately sent to production.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- Please email us within 14 days of receiving your products and we will do our best to come up with a solution on case-by-case basis. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage/problem
- Images of the damaged product and packaging
- We cannot provide refunds based on the following:
- Typos and misspellings
- Poor image quality or low resolution of original client files
- Product selection mistakes (you should verify order details and product proofs prior to final approval)
- Color differences between your home computer/device and our printing systems (your screen may display colour differently than our printer's colours)
- Slight colour differences between our sample products and your final product
- You can request a reprint due to typos and misspellings that were approved during the proofing process and we will reprint the items for you at a discounted rate for your convenience.
- Our custom stationery is personalized for you and cannot be returned.
- Sample packs cannot be returned.
