Do you have a printed catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not have a print catalog to mail out at this time. You can find all of our products on our website, and place all orders online.

 

Will my wedding invitations come with envelope?

Yes, all invitations and coordinating cards include 80 lb metallic envelopes.

 

Can I customize the color of my samples?

No. We do not currently accept custom color requests for samples.

 

Will I receive a proof of my design prior printing?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof of your design within three business days of ordering.  If you are happy with your initial proof, we will send you hardcopy proof within a week. Please note that each invitation is handmade and like a work of art, each identical invitation is slightly unique. However, each one invitation is inspected as it’s made to meet our high quality standards.

 
Please note that the colours of our designs as displayed on your monitor may not be a 100% accurate representation of how the colours will look like in life. All computer monitors display colour differently , so there is simply no way for us to guarantee precise colour matching of your digital proof to your final product.
 
What is your return policy?
If after seeing your proof, you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to remedy it for you, however; due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns.
 
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed securely via PayPal's website.
 
What shipping methods do you use? How do you pack your items?
At Precious Invitations, Canada Post is the preferred shipping choice, however if you feel more comfortable with an alternate carrier please inquire. Insurance for the purchased amount is required on all shipments. The Precious Team personally packs every box shipped to her customers and extreme care is taken to ensure your items arrive perfectly.
 
What are your shipping costs?
Orders for delivery within the United States and Canada:
Up to 50 invitation sets – $15.00-$25.00
50-100 invitation sets – $25.00-$45.00
100-200 invitation sets – $45.00-$60.00
 
For international orders different fees apply and please note that duty, and/or brokerage fees charged are your responsibility.
