Your order is very important to us and our talented designers put a great amount of time and effort into each and every proof that is created for our wonderful customers. Because of this, first $100 is non-refundable. This fee is solely to cover the time, effort and work of the designer in putting your proof together. Because all orders are custom made, we must have your final proof approval and full payment before production starts. Two digital proofs are included in the price.  Additional digital proofs are $19.97 and hardcopy proofs are $29.97 each.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order, and remember that this policy allows our designers to be 100% dedicated to spending the time necessary to provide you with the most beautiful result possible!

The success of our business is dependent on your happiness and satisfaction as a customer!  If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please let us know within 2 days of your package delivery and we will do whatever we can to remedy it for you! Please note it is your responsibility to review your proof carefully for errors, typos etc. If an error was made on our part, however, we will promptly redo your order at no cost and ship it to you as soon as possible. Color output and matching is done on best effort basis and we do not guarantee exact color output. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • Advertising and Marketing

 

Precious Invitations, Inc. reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes both online and in print. This includes using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements.  If a client is opposed to any aspect of his/her design being used in this manner, he/she must notify us in writing.
